Fashion Account Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
The authenticity of TikTok has created a new way for brands and merchants to meaningfully connect with creators and the community. Through an innovative E-commerce platform that helps shoppers discover and purchase products within the app, TikTok E-commerce enhances promotion and sales for merchants and brands with an entertaining user experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
1. Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on available lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and - once onboarded - first product listings and sales.
2. Cooperate with account managers to do a good job in daily merchant maintenance, analyse the growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
3. Assist in cross-team communication, including collaborating with major promotion and influencer teams to follow up on merchant live broadcasts, be familiar with various processes and links of platform products, and assist in handling various processes such as merchant onboarding and product uploading to promote the optimisation of the overall process.
4. Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the effects of activities after the events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Graduating December 2025 onwards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understand the short video and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months full time, end of study internship is preferred
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
- Be fluent in English and German to communicate with external partners
