Our Supply Chain & Logistics team is a key pillar of the global e-commerce business, responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules. It aims to improve customer experience with warehousing, supply chain & logistics technology, empowering merchants to simplify and expand their business worldwide with dependable and trustworthy fulfillment capabilities, so as to to make affordable and high-quality products more accessible, contributing to an improved quality of life for consumers.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to build the large scale distributed system for our global e-commerce US Logistics team.

- Be responsible for building up and managing the US Logistics tech team in the US
- Be responsible for developing international e-commerce supply chain & Logistics technology, like WMS, TMS, fulfillment network, inventory forecasting & planning, etc
- Be responsible for partnering with product and operation team to provide efficient and optimal supply chain & logistics solutions for domestic/international e-commerce
- Be responsible for managing the software development lifecycle from technical design to project delivery and online maintenance
- Be responsible for building the team structure and team moral to help team members grow continuously
Key Results:
- Define a long term technical roadmap for the team and break down roadmap into projects
- Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team
- 5+ years of experience working in large-scale system development and solid track of records
Preferred Qualification:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience of E-commerce supply chain is a big plus, including fulfillment center, logistics, and/or supply chain technology
- Strong business acumen and data sensitivity are a big plus
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $389500 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
