About the Team
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards. We are responsible for sourcing and onboarding of new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for PR-PO end-to-end procurement: undertake procurement requests, issue Purchase Orders, follow up on supplier's goods/services delivery performance, reconcile accounts and settlements and potentially other relevant procurement processes conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments.

2. Efficiently undertake small-value procurement, responsible for small-scale inviting tenders and contract negotiation, and conduct supplier selection and price rationality analysis.
3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures, provide clear process and compliance guidance to internal users and suppliers, and implement procurement policies and requirements.
4. Data-driven, be responsible for the team's key business indicators. Responsible for regional metrics management, data analysis and workout summarized report. Work XFN to improve performance in procurement metrics.
5. Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organizational objectives.
4. Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.
5. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
6. Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-moving, ever evolving working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree.
2. Experience managing a full procurement lifecycle in a global organisation.
3. Professional certifications (e.g. CIPS, PMP, Six Sigma).
4. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in a multinational organization.
5. In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends in the EMEA region.
6. Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Ariba and Coupa.
