Our E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products, and systems to ensure quality. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining listing governance scope and requirements, based on risk assessment approach. Focusing on the listing quality issue and product quality issue, such as wrong category, price spamming, buyers complaining about the quality of physical product.

- Drive and execute the listing governance processes in a scalable way, leveraging technology to implement automations.
- Stay up-to-date with international, regional, and local regulations applicable to TTS's products. This includes understanding laws related to illegal products, product safety, product compliance, testing, certifications, registrations, labeling, packaging, and other relevant areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to listing policies across different markets. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and address compliance risks.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure our programs and processes are compliant.
- Collaborating with technical teams to develop the best product compliance solution for our business.
- Using a data-centered approach to continuously improve product compliance programs on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- 3+ years of experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required for this role.
- Excellent stakeholder and program management skills, to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to achieve results. Preferable in demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in explaining complex solutions in a simple way and able to influence others without authority.
