Responsibilities
To support the fast growth and manage the massive content on the platform, our Infrastructure Engineering team is building hyper-scale datacenters globally that host hundreds of thousands of servers. We are looking for a regional procurement manager responsible for Data Center Delivery, including Cabling and service contracts to enable data center delivery to a high standard and timely manner. You will work closely with Strategy, Data Center Engineering, Operation, Capacity Planning and Global Supply Chain team to manage complex construction and service projects in North America and Europe. By partnering with cross regional and functional team members, you will be able to develop compelling procurement solutions which will support strategic projects and drive business impact. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing complex projects and building constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements in assigned metros/regions. Conduct data center market analysis, lead site acquisition strategy and drive executive decisions accordingly.
- Engage and bring qualified suppliers onboard and drive the end to end site acquisition / procurement process, including due-diligence and recommend lease deals.
- Manage existing lease portfolio and continuously drive a long term acquisition strategy for both cost efficiency and quality assurance.
- Work with cross-functional business partners to negotiate and prepare executable contracts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Site acquisition experience in a mission-critical, large-scale production environment
- Working in the datacenter, infrastructure, or other relevant segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences or Business or technical discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master' degree in Arts or Sciences or Business or technical discipline
- 3 year of experience in-depth understanding of data center infrastructure, including both technical and commercial solutions.
- Confident in taking ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done with proven experience leading complex initiatives to successful completion in a timely manner
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel as needed
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112000 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
