CRM Product Project Intern [TikTok-PGC-Creator Strategy]-2025 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
Our CRM team's mission is to help CRM platform users work more efficiently and professionally in supporting TikTok creators' growth and development on the platform. We are seeking a goal-oriented, data-savvy CRM Product Intern to support product requirement iteration and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively ideate and define CRM product requirements, ensuring smooth iteration and follow-up.
2. Use data to analyze product performance and support decision-making.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams for effective execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate student graduating in 2026 or later.
2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (listening, reading and speaking) required: The role involves frequent communication with global teams and stakeholders in English-speaking region as well as in Chinese-speaking markets. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese speaking partners, and understand cultural nuances, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration.
3. Strong goal orientation, with the ability to drive results.
4. Excellent data sense and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior internship experience in product management at a leading tech company preferred.
