The German Creator Team helps Creators scale their content on TikTok Shop supporting them with various programs including planning of Seasonal Campaigns and Sales, guiding Creators through Community Management.
You will have the opportunity to participate in impactful projects, gain hands-on experience in ecommerce creator operations, and develop practical skills in data management, creator communication, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

We are building a thriving creator community and need a hands-on, people-focused Creator Project Community Manager to keep it engaged, informed, and growing. In this role you will be the day-to-day point of contact for our creators, educating them on ongoing campaigns, supporting them, and connecting them with the right brand opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Run our Creator Community management: answer creators' questions and keep them up to date on new app features, sales campaign dates, and Brand Days.
- Create educational presentations that teach creators how to produce high-quality content.
- Support brand-facing presentations, showcasing brands to creators to facilitate matchmaking between the two.
- Host online webinars and deliver engaging live presentations to creators.
- Resolve creator issues raised via tickets, helping to clarify platform violations and guide creators toward compliant practices.
- Conduct simple data deep dives to build product bestseller posters that we share with creators in community chats.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, creator operations, project management, customer service or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills - you can explain things clearly, present with confidence, and hold an audience during live webinars.
- A community-first, approachable mindset - you enjoy engaging with creators and building trusted relationships.
- Solid organizational skills - you can juggle updates, presentations, tickets, and campaigns without dropping the ball.
- Comfort with basic data analysis - able to pull simple insights and turn them into clear, creator-friendly materials such as bestseller posters.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude - you take ownership of creator issues and see them through to resolution.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for an ecommerce platform, technology company, or digital marketplace.
- Experience in business operations or creator operations.
- Experience creating and maintaining operational trackers and project documentation.
- Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and entrepreneurial environment.
