We also plan programs like Creator Academy, manage creator communities, and coordinate exposure opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth of the Creator Ecosystem: Drive the strategic growth of TikTok's creator ecosystem in Japan. This involves comprehensively pushing creator acquisition, development, engagement, and management. It includes discovering new creators, optimizing creator lists, and planning/executing initiatives to boost engagement.

- Planning, Execution, and Localization of Creator Programs: Plan, develop, execute, and manage creator-centric programs (e.g., Creator Academy, community activation initiatives, events, campaigns) that align with global and regional guidelines, while also adapting them to market needs and cultural nuances.
- Performance Analysis and Insight Provision: Regularly analyze creator performance and monitor success metrics. Extract actionable, data-driven insights and share them with domestic, regional, and global teams to contribute to the improvement of programs and strategies.
- Cross-Functional and Global Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with internal and external cross-functional (XFN) teams and global teams to smoothly advance creator-related projects (e.g., assigning creators to events, generating exposure opportunities, co-producing content). Contribute to enhancing creator satisfaction and vitalizing the overall platform through strategic partnerships.
- Issue Resolution and Optimization: Promptly respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues from creators and MCNs, providing daily operational support. Continuously strive to optimize and streamline operational processes to deliver the best possible creator experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in creator management, talent management, or a closely related field, preferably within a social media platform or digital content environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize creator-centric programs and initiatives, including community building activities and creator development.
- Comprehensive understanding of the global and domestic creator/content ecosystem, including deep knowledge of social media platforms, content industry landscape, and current and emerging trends in content consumption.
- Advanced data analysis and performance monitoring skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and ability to translate data insights into strategic actions, and program development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills in both Japanese and English for when facing internal and external clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on achieving team and organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Plan and manage user-facing online marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain a medium-to-long-term vision while flexibly adapting actions based on current circumstances.
