About the Team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Creator Management Intern to join our TikTok LIVE creator operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving projects, and is eager to bring clarity and structure to creator operations.
You will work closely with the team to support the creator operations, while also assisting with data collection and analysis to strengthen operational efficiency.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics: Collect, organise, and analyse creator and campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Creator Reach: Support creator outreach and engagement initiatives to expand creator reach, activity, and retention.
- Campaign Configuration: Assist with campaign setup, configuration, execution, and performance tracking.
- Creator Event Organisation: Support the planning and execution of creator events and engagement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English is required with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with data, including data collection, analysis, and reporting; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- B2C communication experience, with strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with creators or customers.
- Passion for streaming, live-streaming, or the creator economy.
