This high speed role requires a great deal of complex problem-solving across time zones, and tireless entrepreneurial spirit. You will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy for building a secure platform and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities with a minimum of hand-holding. We are largely unencumbered by red tape, but building process is a critical step towards scale - be prepared to build a structure that empowers ongoing, sustainable rapid growth.
The US product team will focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for an experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar on how we optimize products to drive new and existing user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth strategy and planning of short video creator-related products, including product planning and liaising with development for implementation.
2. Familiar with content products, understands the creator ecosystem, can plan products according to the characteristics of the creators, and coordinate with various regions and countries for implementation.
Qualifications
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience, overseas work experience is preferred, and English working ability is required.
2. Have a deep understanding of creator, can coordinate and promote complex projects, and those with experience in large projects are preferred.
3. Strong learning ability, self-motivation, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and certain stress resistance, willing to accept challenges.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148000 - $235000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
