This is a full-time role preferably located in the Bay Area or Los Angeles

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the strategy and growth of international short video PGC creators, serving growth goals.
2. Able to provide strategic analysis for the growth and survival of PGC creators, including a clear understanding of competitive conditions, and formulate creator survival and growth plans based on the survival characteristics of TikTok.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience, experience in creator growth and strategy is preferred.
2. Have a deep understanding of creator operations, can coordinate and promote complex projects, and those with experience in large projects are preferred.
3. Good English ability, can use English as a working language.
4. Strong learning ability, self-motivation, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and certain stress resistance, willing to accept challenges.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120650 - $223250 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
