The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
Team Overview [Community Programs]
The Community Programs Team is responsible for designing and executing community-centric, scalable global programs and initiatives that drive creator perception and advocacy and influence on platform creator behavior. Our team works closely with regional partners to design and deliver strategies and inclusive frameworks to engage, develop, and amplify our diverse creator communities across the globe. In addition to shaping global community strategies, this team directly executes community programs and initiatives in North America (NA), ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives and market-specific needs.

About the Role
This role will specifically focus on driving priority product and content business objectives via strategic, inclusive community programs. We are looking for a Community Programs Manager with deep creator ecosystem expertise, global work experience, and strong cultural competencies. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in developing strategies to drive engagement across content verticals; knowledge of key diversity and inclusion issues; a track record of driving product-related initiatives at digital platforms; and experience with delivering nuanced cross functional projects.
We are looking for a self-starting individual who enjoys designing, managing, and executing multi-region initiatives and programs, with a clear passion for creators, community, and inclusion. This includes developing globally scalable frameworks, playbooks and ongoing evergreen programs that will require alignment and collaboration across cross functional teams and partners to achieve best-in-class results. At its core, this is a strategic, creative, and methodical project management role that requires exemplary communication and project management skills, sound judgement/decision making, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to see complex, short-and long-term programs through to fruition.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute key central creator programs and initiatives that drive 1) creator behavior, aligning to priority products and content types and (2) creator trust and advocacy of the platform
- Work with the creator product adoption team to identify potential programs and projects based on priority product programs and creator inclusion opportunities;
- Develop creative frameworks and programs for regional opt-in to drive key growth metrics and support desired business outcomes, aligning on a standardized, clear measurement plan, set joint objectives and key metrics
- Design, structure, and execute global programs for maximum efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on measurement, on-platform impact, and off-platform amplification
- Strategically project manage and track communication + deliverables with Community Creator Programs Lead
- Organize global shareouts and regular regional check ins
- Maintain tracking grids for external partner and creator participation, invoices, payments, etc.
- Send out and process contracts
- Prepare regular project status reports and post mortems to circulate amongst key stakeholders
- Deliver program post mortems with key insights and progress to objectives and key results, metrics/targets reported and learnings/insights for future included;
- Develop strong external and internal relationships with XFN teams/partners needed to operationalize community programs (eg Creator Product Adoption, Creator Growth & Development, USDS, Data & Analysis, Comms, Legal, Creator Marketing, regional creator operations, etc.)
- Track program progress to program goals, incorporate improvement tweaks in realtime to optimize program success, communicate key process evolutions and program iteration back to key stakeholders;
- Oversee the launch and delivery of contractually obligated executions or strategic programs that are dependent on the inputs of multiple local operations teams and require solicitation, coordination, and execution management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience that should include roles at leading internet, entertainment, sports, or nonprofit organizations (experience at top social, content and/or creator/influencer platforms or companies is a plus)
- Strong creator economy and content ecosystem expertise, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries
- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams, including global partners across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and NA, and senior leadership
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical and communications skills, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and drive projects start-to-finish to serve those core business priorities
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross culturally
- Proven experience working with complex data sets & the ability to make data-driven decision
- Demonstrated exceptional time and project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop scalable frameworks and approaches
- Foundational understanding of and passion for community, culture, and diversity & inclusion
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $135000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
