The Creative Team within the Southern Europe Global Business Solutions (GBS) organisation plays a critical role in building meaningful relationships with top-tier clients and agencies in the region. We educate, inspire, and enable partners to succeed on TikTok by unlocking the full creative and strategic potential of the platform.
As a Creative Strategy Intern, you will help bring to life the unique language of TikTok - supporting clients and creative agencies with fresh, platform-first ideas that break through the noise. You'll work alongside a team of creative strategists and partner managers, helping to develop inspirational content and creative best practices that demonstrate how brands can thrive on TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Research and curate creative inspiration tailored to specific brands, industries, or campaign objectives
- Contribute to the creation of creative decks, mockups, and video references that bring platform-native storytelling to life
- Support in identifying emerging trends, creators, and formats that can be leveraged in branded content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Creator Solutions, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives and case studies
- Assist in client-facing presentations and brainstorming sessions, offering strategic and creative input
- Continuously monitor platform culture to translate trends into actionable insights
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above. Applicants must be enrolled in their studies for the entire internship duration.
- Available immediately for 3-6 months.
- Must complete the internship in Milan, including in-office attendance.
- English professional proficiency is required in order to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in digital and TikTok's ad solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Studying an Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication degree
- Autonomous spirit, data-driven, and results-oriented.
