About the team
The Operations Control Center serves as the hub of operational excellence, and is responsible for evaluating and executing impactful regional initiatives in collaboration with their global counterparts in the O2 team, creating comprehensive reporting structures, delivering data-driven insights, and optimizing resource allocation within the region.
Each regional Control Center will consist of 4 sub-teams: (1) Continuous Improvement, (2) Reports & Insights, (3) Workforce Management, (4) Workflow Management.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Continuous Improvement Manager to join EMEA Control Centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements across various departments within the organization. The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a key role in analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes as part of our Lean strategy, and improve overall efficiency and quality metrics
- Detailed analysis, documentation, track, and monitor current performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement by monitoring and evaluating the success of implemented improvements, making adjustments as necessary
- Lead and coordinate improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Create and update process maps, SOPs, maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and improvements for reference and audit purposes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously preferred PMP Certification or Prince 2 Certification
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification.
