TikTok LIVE team can't get enough of all things live-streaming. From monetisation strategies and LIVE Gifting to the latest content campaigns and product features designed to help creators grow and thrive on platform, the LIVE Operations team are dedicated to creating and maintaining a fun, safe space for all LIVE users.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

This Project Intern will assist the Content Operations team to ensure smooth operation execution, with a strong focus on data management, in-app operations, and creative support.

Responsibilities:
1. Mastering and managing TikTok's in-app platform to provide accurate, data-driven insights and visualizations.
2. Maintaining and regularly updating creator's content databases, ensuring all information is current and accurately for creators training and education material
3. Supporting event-related content, including translations and UI/UX checking.
4. Contributing to brainstorming sessions and research on the latest trends in social media and livestreaming.
5. Assisting in the ideation and creation of event promotional materials (e.g., scripting, editing, and online workshops).
6. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the latest event information effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Graduation in 2025 or later; able to commit to at least 4 days per week, with an internship duration of at least 4 months.
- Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency in Indonesian is a plus
