Responsibilities
Creators are at the heart of our operations. As a Content Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing operational strategies to build, activate, and retain a healthy creator ecosystem on TikTok LIVE. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and execute scalable programs to onboard, educate, and activate new creators, supporting their long-term growth on TikTok LIVE.
- Develop and manage content strategies and LIVE campaigns that drive high-quality content supply and boost audience engagement.

- Oversee creator incentives, task systems, and reward mechanisms to encourage consistent content production and improve retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce training materials, creative toolkits, and promotional assets.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct funnel and cohort analyses, and optimize operational processes based on data insights.
- Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, and Strategy teams to align goals and maximize growth outcomes.
- Own key KPIs including content supply, creator activity, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in content or user operations, creator/influencer management, or digital marketing within a platform or agency environment.
- Proven ability to design and scale creator or content programs.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; experience with funnel analysis and retention modeling.
- Track record of success in managing creator/influencer lifecycles and engagement strategies.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, live streaming, and emerging content trends.
- Experience working on community-driven platforms or with live content formats.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
