Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

The search operation team focuses on providing operational support for TikTok's search business. In terms of search result optimization, we are mainly responsible for investigating TikTok's resources, user demands, and search quality.

Responsibilities:
1. Deeply participate in compliance work in each business line, formulate compliance work plans, help business lines to identify related risks, explore solutions with legal, policy, content operations and other teams, and ensure timely delivery;
2. Work with cross-function departments to conduct the compliance assessment and compliance review of business programmes, and responsible for related compliance transformation projects to ensure timely delivery;
3. Establish compliance-related mechanisms, systematically manage and optimise compliance assessment processes to ensure the compliance of business solutions; work with business teams to strengthen compliance capabilities;
4. Build and strengthen the connection with key stakeholders, optimise the docking process mechanism with various departments to ensure that the information is fully synchronised, the risks are effectively controlled, and the problems brought by the adjustment of rules are prevented, followed up and solved;
5. Regular promotion and training to continuously improve risk prevention and control and compliance awareness of the business team;

Qualifications

What should I bring with me?
1. Bachelor degree or above,
2. At least 3 years of work experience, with more than 2 years of experience in compliance operation is preferred;
3. Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
4. Good cross-departmental communication skills, project management skills, ability to coordinate multi-departments to deal with complex compliance issues;
5. Have some knowledge of the Internet industry;
6. Strong learning ability, self-driven ability, sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability and a certain degree of stress resistance;
