We are looking for a passionate intern to join ByteDance's Commercialization team and support the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for AI CRM products. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to global commercialization strategies, including market research, product promotion, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the GTM strategy for AI CRM products, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement;
- Support communication between the product and global sales teams, facilitating the adoption and implementation of CRM tools;
- Participate in the planning and creation of sales training materials to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency;
- Conduct data analysis to provide market insights and optimize GTM strategies;
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of GTM initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other data tools preferred;
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or experience in marketing, sales, or product-related fields is a plus;
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to support global markets;
