About the team:
Commercial Partnership Solutions (under Global Business Marketing [GBM]) is a business unit that identifies or creates opportunities across the entire content ecosystem for commercialization, effectively integrating standard and non-standard resources to drive incremental revenue growth while supporting adoption of TikTok's branding products.
About the role:
As part of the Commercial Partnership Solutions team, the candidate will be responsible for the development of thoughtful and compelling content strategies designed to inspire and engage audiences through commercial branding on TikTok.
In this role, the candidate will be an integral part of working with cross-functional counterparts to ensure going to market in the most compelling way, meeting the diverse needs of audiences as well as delivering against business objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience translating data, insights, and complex concepts into compelling content strategies that yield content and creativity that align with business priorities and drive measurable results.
This CPS manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the CPS projects from conception, launch, implementation and report results. This person must ensure that media deliveries, content, and creator deliverables outlined in proposals occur as agreed with clients. Additionally, the manager must maintain communication with cross-functional partners, the sales team, and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal and external TikTok teams & stakeholders to identify, interpret and present potential bespoke content / innovation ideas to clients, driving potential incremental revenue and deepening client relationships for the Sales team.
- Build up unique solutions, prepare pitch proposals for potential content solutions ideas, including constructing the respective supporting media plan to reflect total, holistic / integrated solution (potentially cross-platform / channels), with clear media and/or marketing value for clients.
- Create and identify new opportunities (both internal and external) that are unique to the local market in order to create more robust and original solutions for clients to bring incremental revenue.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaign / proposed solution. Ensure timely delivery of key assets and client needs / expectations management.
- Training / sharing of proposed solutions with internal and/or external teams, including but not limited to Sales teams.
- Quantify the value of opportunities and design marketable packages through videos, presentations and/or sheets.
- Develop feasible selling principles aligned with key XFNs (Finance, Sales ops, MKT operations, etc).
- Open to constant learning of product portfolios and cross region projects to be adapted locally.
- Input, manage and archive all relevant reports related to the solutions developed in all stages, from the incubation phase up to the selling phase. This information will be shared across the board with XFN teams accordingly.
- Coordinate and supervise all XFN team members involved in each project to guarantee an optimal and seamless operation of all brand deliverables.
- Constant communication with XFN teams (GBS and B2C) to understand how the market is moving and what their needs are in the short and medium term to build for the long term.
- Being in contact with other CPS markets around the globe to understand what projects can be imported, which can be exported, and how they solve problems to apply locally. Support and rely on regional markets to improve locally.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of media planning & advertiser needs towards communications plan (including client pitching)
- Proficient in English & Spanish (both written & verbal) due to the business requirement in-region
- Proficient in sales data management and C-level reporting skills (Excel or Sheets).
- Has a well proven track-record of strategic and creative marketing with impactful, innovative activities and proven results.
- Experience in Marketing (B2B), Ad Sales and/or areas dedicated to digital advertisements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has a deep understanding of TikTok advertising and is familiar with the advertising business of other key market players.
- Good understanding & execution experience in Mexico's Content Solutions marketing landscape, including Content Creator marketing (landscape & budget).
- Experience working across diverse content formats - video, display/ picture, text, etc.
- Worked across diverse portfolios of brands / categories (Consumer, retail, beauty, telco, auto and finance brands)
