At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
About the role:
The Client Solutions team is responsible for leading the development of TikTok's commercial and solutions strategy in the South Cone region, ensuring alignment with global directives while adapting them to the specific needs and dynamics of in-market markets.
Our team focuses on delivering customized 1:1 solutions for clients, working both reactively, when responding to specific client briefings, and proactively, by identifying business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
We are responsible for overseeing and managing the development of the Levers Strategy, including its goals, targets, and product focus areas, fully aligned with the global direction and adapted to regional needs.
We operate in close partnership with the Industry Ops LATAM team and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as GBM and GMPT, with a shared focus on building strong governance and scalable best practices across the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization.
We are looking for a Client Solutions Strategist to join our Client Solutions Team for the South Cone region. This role will play a key part in developing strategic, customized solutions that connect TikTok's advertising products with clients' business objectives.
The Client Solutions Strategist works closely with Sales, Product, Measurement, and Operations teams to design data-driven strategies and tailored solutions for complex business challenges. The role combines consultative thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of media products to unlock growth opportunities for clients and the business.

In addition to responding to client needs, this role proactively identifies opportunities to drive product adoption, improve go-to-market strategies, and strengthen the implementation of TikTok's global commercial frameworks.
Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized client solutions based on business objectives, leveraging TikTok's full suite of advertising products.
- Work on 1:1 strategic projects, both reactively (in response to client briefings) and proactively (identifying growth opportunities with Sales teams).
- Support the development and execution of the Levers Strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities while adapting to in market needs.
- Partner with Sales teams during pre-sales stages, providing strategic insights, data analysis, and solution design for complex opportunities.
- Analyze campaign and business performance data to identify strategic insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that improve client outcomes and inform TikTok's go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Industry Ops LATAM, Product, Measurement, GBM, and GMPT to drive solution development and execution.
- Contribute to product adoption strategies, helping translate global product capabilities into relevant use cases.
- Provide market feedback and strategic insights to help inform product development and advertising strategy.
- Build frameworks and best practices that support scalable client solutions and strong governance across GBS.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work out of our office in Buenos Aires, Argentina
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, client solutions, or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including branding and performance solutions.
- Experience working with data analysis and insights generation, including querying, data interpretation, and dashboard analysis.
- Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, BI platforms, or similar analytical tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and strategic narratives.
- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business need in-region)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large advertising platforms, media agencies, or technology companies.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience designing integrated media strategies across branding and performance objectives.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex strategic projects.
In-Office Policy: We are currently working in the office 3x a week and are expected to be in the office full-time, 5x a week, starting Fall 2026.
