The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships and Marketing Science. GBS is an entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
Responsibilities
Client Management being a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans for advertisers based on their business objectives
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
- Provide pre-campaign workshops to help advertisers and their agencies to design brand campaigns for success
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings

Campaign Management & Revenue Impact
- Coordinate and collaborate with ad ops, product, R&D, measurement teams, etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and analysis to rationalise campaign performance and uncover insights, to provide strategic marketing recommendations for advertisers
- Analyze past campaign performance to discover common trends and patterns to build best practice
- Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
- Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
Product Adoption & Scale
- Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on TikTok's new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns
- Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
- Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
- Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience in strategizing, planning, managing and executing branding campaigns in-house, in agencies or with the media side
- Experience with CPAS/Shopping Ads/E-commerce marketing
- Understand brand advertisers, major brand campaign channels and products
- Storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent listening skills and super proactive about collaboration
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organized self-starter, motivated to learn and proactive in taking up complex projects that help drive product understanding and client growth strategy
- Ability to analyze data and identify insight with impeccable attention to detail
- Working experiences in Travel/Automotive/Services verticals, and experiences with brand measurement solutions/studies is a plus
