About the role:
The Account Manager (what we call Client Solutions Manager (CSM)) will work closely with the sales team to provide support and expertise in meeting client objectives and providing best in class customer service to both internal and external clients. The CSM will be responsible for negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our clients. They will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique suite of ad products.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships with advertisers. This includes conducting regular business reviews and taking a consultative, seller approach to increase client investments, in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through world class service, as well as identifying and proactively recommending custom solutions and new market opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and trends, and serve as an external product expert, educating clients on new and existing TikTok ad solutions and advising on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns.
- Work closely with Technical Account Managers to organize, monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Make proactive and data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising offerings and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams including Ad Ops, Product and R&D to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues.
- Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our advertising strategy and ad offerings
- Work to manage custom marketing programs/sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing - biddable network experience a plus
- Experience working directly with brand or performance advertisers, and executing custom branded campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in campaign management and setup
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
- High attention to detail and very organised and self-starter, a fast learner with critical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures
