About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities
Client Solutions Manager(CSM) is a consulting expert who proposes optimization solutions for TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products to meet marketing purposes and campaign KPIs of major advertisers. In the sales stage, ideal candidates propose product scenarios and solutions for full-funnel advertising through sales team. In the post-sales stage, you will be responsible for data-driven monitoring and product proposals in the method of growth marketing to optimize advertising efficiency after the live campaign. In addition, Client Solutions Managers achieve advertisers' campaign goals and seek upselling opportunities by educating new TikTok advertising products and giving performance reviews.
- Manage and consult on complex advertising solutions and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers
- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

- Create best practices through campaigns and share the content internally and externally to elevate the bar of success of TT campaigns.
- Drive product innovation based upon client needs.
- Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platform or media side
- Experience in full-funnel marketing strategies of enterprise brands and insights on video-based platform
- Experience in managing self-serve digital advertising media as well as 3rd-party tracking tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc. for Web&App advertiser
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and work with self-motivation
- Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing clients with strong communication skills who can manage strategic client relationships
- Fluent in both English and Korean, as you will be dealing with both local and international stakeholders.
