About the role:
The Client Solutions Manager - Consumer is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for clients in the Consumer Industries (Personal care, home care, beauty, cosmetics, etc.). The Client Solutions Manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow post-sales client relationships with advertisers in the Consumer vertical (e.g. beauty, home care, personal care).
- Support Business Partnership Managers in pre-sales pitches, with a focus on strategy, product fit, and creative storytelling.
- Develop, launch, and optimize full-funnel ad strategies that leverage TikTok's suite of solutions (branding, performance, organic).
- Maximize adoption of TikTok's auction platform and tools, providing real-time support and troubleshooting.
- Translate data into insights; analyze campaign performance to guide optimization, build case studies, and surface learnings.
- Lead strategic business reviews, consult clients on growth opportunities, and deepen relationships through a solutions-first approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Measurement, Policy, Ad Ops, and Organic teams to ensure campaign success and a seamless client experience.
- Champion key product areas internally to upskill the team and drive cross-market knowledge sharing.
- Help clients unlock the full creative potential of TikTok by providing actionable creative strategies and asset recommendations.
- Contribute to product adoption in performance and brandformance offerings through education, testing, and feedback loops.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience in digital marketing, agencies, platforms, or media, with proven success managing or supporting consumer brand advertisers.
- Due to the nature of the region and clients this role will be supporting, proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is important to enable effective communication across regional markets.
- Deep understanding of the GCC and Egypt market landscape, particularly within CPG/FMCG or similar industries.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience in auction-based advertising and campaign optimization.
- Collaborative, proactive, and consultative approach with the ability to build trusted partnerships and drive results.
Preferred qualifications:
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong account management skills and experience.
- Experience working with or within global media agencies, with an understanding of agency dynamics, workflows, and how to influence planning and buying decisions.
- Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations and infrastructure, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Past experience in conducting measurement studies for consumer brands (e.g., Brand Lift Studies, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), etc.)
- Has an eye for creative insights to provide consumer brands with ideas on how to utilize their existing assets on TikTok
