About the Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager to join our team within the Finance vertical. The CSM is a crucial member of our growing Global Business Solutions team. As part of our sales team, the CSM will support advertisers in meeting their marketing objectives and providing best-in-class customer service to clients. The Client Solutions Manager is the main point of contact with strategic cross-functional teams such as Product and Measurement and is responsible for driving product adoption and revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex campaigns, using data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our customers. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

You will:
- Define client strategies and engagement cadences through learning agendas, measurement solutions, and product adoption, proactively ensuring optimal business results.
- Ensure the identification and maximization of upsell opportunities.
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships for auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns and consistently taking initiative to improve results.
- Drive education on product updates and company news, and share relevant company best practices with clients or agencies.
- Champion product adoption and translate market feedback into product enhancements, while also organizing granular, actionable, and insightful feedback.
- Demonstrate proficiency in campaign management, including setup and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients and agencies.
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
- Establish long-term relationships with key clients and ensure their business needs are well-addressed by cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing;
- Experience in managing key accounts in Branding and Performance;
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualification
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel, SQL is a plus;
