About the Team:
The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best-in-class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products and are humble, and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client's growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.

About the Role:
Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
- Develop and execute media strategies tailored to client goals.
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Analyze campaign data to identify strategic optimizations and upsell opportunities.
- Educate clients on TikTok's products, platform updates, and best practices to drive campaign success.
- Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) -- sharing performance updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations with clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues alongside cross-functional teams, such as Product and Engineering.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing;
- Experience in managing key accounts in Performance;
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
- Proficient in English and Portuguese to communicate with global and regional stakeholders
Preferred Qualification
- Proactive approach with excellent data analytical skills in Excel.
