About the Team:
The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client's growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
About the Role:
Client Solutions Manager is the main point of contact with strategic cross-functional teams such as Product and Measurement and is responsible for driving product adoption and revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex campaigns, using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for day-to-day client communications;
- Develop and execute media strategies tailored to client goals;
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization. Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings;
- Analyze campaign data to identify strategic optimizations and upsell opportunities;
- Educate clients on TikTok's products, platform updates, and best practices to drive campaign success;
- Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) -- sharing performance updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations with clients;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues alongside cross-functional teams, such as Product and Engineering;
- Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently drive the product improvement from market feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing;
- Experience in managing key accounts in Branding;
- Experience with performance media is a plus;
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills is a plus;
