Responsibilities
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities
1. Build and manage strategic client relationships to drive deal closure, grow revenue, and lead campaign execution with cross-functional support.
2. Deliver data-driven presentations and persuasive proposals aligned with clients' business goals.
3. Analyze campaign performance and ad metrics to extract insights and continuously optimize client strategies and media solutions.

4. Plan and execute TikTok product trainings and seminars to attract and onboard new clients.
5. Identify and prioritize app/web opportunities, address objections, and evaluate campaign impact within your book of business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 5+ years of sales or partnership in Adtech platforms or agencies
3. Experiences in working with cross-functional teams
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertisement ecosystem and developing trends;
5. Strong network in Korean Ads market clients and agencies, with solid experience working with C-level clients
6. Ability to plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
7. Fluent in Korean with proficient English skills, as you will need to speak to local and foreign clients.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
2. A proactive, organized, and responsible fast learner with strong motivation and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, building a strong pipeline, and effectively pitching TikTok Ads solutions.
4. Self-starter, a fast learner with a can-do spirit
