Client Partner - Global Accounts, Consumer Packaged Goods Division, TikTok Korea

Responsibilities

Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage professional client relationships in order to drive deals to closure and retain/grow revenue from advertisers
2. Plan and execute client interactions(calls/mails/F2F meetings) for TikTok's advertisement product training and seminars to discover new clients and campaign opportunities
3. Give data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized to global key accounts business objectives
4. Clearly understand the sales status through active partnership management
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage client's advertising campaigns

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above
2. 5+ years of sales or partnership in brand eCommerce sales, Adtech platforms or performance campaign agency
3. Understanding of the local and global media ecosystem
4. Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
6. Proficient in Korean and English as work will entail collaboration with both domestic and global markets

Preferred Qualifications
1. Relevant experience in CPG verticals/industries with knowledge of branding and performance marketing
2. Experience in Global eCommerce platform practice with successful track record to generate GMV with promotions
