About the Role and Team
The TikTok App team is located within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) division.
The team's core mission is to partner closely with advertisers in the gaming and dating app sectors,
developing innovative solutions that connect TikTok users with the games and brands they love.
As a Growth Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of digital media operations and platform ecosystems to drive advertiser revenue and business impact. You will also collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver effective digital media solutions to our clients.
Success in this role requires the ability to adapt in a fast-paced,
ever-evolving environment and the capability to provide customized solutions by utilizing TikTok's unique and rapidly developing ad products.

Key Responsibilities
-Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve individual and team sales targets by identifying key business opportunities and delivering effective ad solutions tailored to client objectives in the app vertical.
-Client Partnership & Strategy: Build long-term relationships through regular business reviews, strategic consultation, and by understanding client goals to recommend optimal TikTok ad products and formats.
-Campaign Management & Optimization: Support clients with data-driven campaign setup, real-time performance analysis, and continuous optimization using first- and third-party analytics tools.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and internal sales teams to share campaign insights, scale best practices, and influence product enhancements.
-Platform Adoption & Technical Support: Promote adoption of TikTok's auction-based ad platform by providing onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and training support.
-Industry Expertise & Market Development: Stay up to date with trends in gaming and app industries; serve as a subject matter expert to enhance TikTok's value proposition for advertisers in these verticals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Proven experience in both performance and brand campaign management at in-house marketing teams, digital agencies, platforms, or media companies
-Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong passion for social media and the gaming industry
-Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to change
-Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills; highly proactive and action-oriented
-Hands-on experience with optimization, tracking, and measurement using tools such as Google Analytics and MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust
-Sales-driven mindset with strong account management experience
-Prior experience working in advertising or digital marketing in the app industry
Preferred Qualifications
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients
-Background in advertising within the gaming or dating app verticals
