Team Introduction
We're looking for a Client Partner to join our FMCG & Beauty team - one of TikTok's most strategically important verticals. This role is all about partnering with iconic consumer brands across personal care, beauty, and household goods to drive growth, creativity, and innovation on TikTok.
As a key member of the team, you'll manage and grow strategic partnerships, unlock high-impact opportunities, and help some of the world's most loved brands thrive on the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritise, and secure growth opportunities across the FMCG and Beauty verticals.
- Build trusted partnerships with key clients through a consultative, data-informed approach.

- Craft compelling sales narratives and strategic proposals using platform insights and industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
- Deliver a high standard of operational and strategic support, ensuring client success at every stage.
- Lead conversations around creative strategy, measurement, and media planning to elevate client outcomes.
- Educate clients on TikTok's evolving product suite and drive adoption of best practices.
- Own campaign performance and continuously uncover ways to drive stronger results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in digital media, advertising, or brand marketing-ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or personal care sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or partnership goals.
- Strong understanding of the consumer goods landscape, digital ecosystems, and social marketing.
- Consultative selling approach with deep platform knowledge across paid media, content, and creative.
- Clear communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English with the ability to coordinate across global teams and clients.
- Data-driven and commercially savvy with a passion for consumer behavior and brand building.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with brand measurement frameworks (e.g. MMM, sales lift studies, incrementality).
- Experience leading joint business plans or executive reviews with CMO-level stakeholders.
- Regional or global campaign management experience.
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Experience working with creator-led or user-generated content.
