TikTok's Partnerships Managers are responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging; we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
The Key Accounts team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage and drive the F&B vertical. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem, developing and nurturing relationships within the F&B vertical, and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets, revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus.

Responsibilities:
-Define the vertical strategy and key accounts planning within your book of business
-Create compelling vertical narratives and playbooks to reflect on industry-based trends and use cases that match your partner's business objectives-Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities
-Develop a consultative and product-driven approach to offer best-in-class media strategies from business planning to measurement of KPIs
-Educate brand stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build on best practices for the vertical
-Ensure a state-of-the-art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and the cross-functional teams
-Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand or performance advertising
-Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives
-Best in class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region
- Due to the nature of the market and clients this role will be supporting, proficiency in English in Arabic is important
Preferred Qualifications:
-Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground up
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Experience in the GCC markets
