The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities
Our Sales team consists of Client Partners, who conduct sales activities directly for advertisers, and Agency Partners, who promote sales activities for advertising agencies.

Client Partner will carry out all tasks from advertising strategy planning to closing so that our platforms such as "TikTok" and "Pangle" will become important marketing tools for clients. Specific tasks are as follows.
Discovery and analysis of clients' needs and challenges
Proposal of optimal advertisement solutions using in-house apps
Development of new clients and management of existing clients in the Japanese market
Communication with other departments in order to discover and solve problems in existing operations
Planing and execution of sales strategies by industry and product
Accumulation of knowledge and feedback to internal marketing, product and operation departments
Execution and support of various projects, such as: package proposal/sales promotion PJ, product sales promotion PJ, operation improvement PJ, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Business level English proficiency due to cross functional meetings with other regions
Proven track record of sales towards large local Enterprises
Sales experience in major digital companies (Advertising / Software)
Team-worker who can collaborate well with other functions globally
Able to enjoy the rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales Experience towards apps and other digital products and services
Mentor and coach the team members to ensure they can perform their sales activities smoothly
