The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Australia plays a central role in TikTok's commercial success by helping brands and businesses connect with audiences through innovative advertising and marketing strategies. GBS oversees advertising solutions & revenue growth, client solutions & relationship management, campaign strategy & execution, marketing & brand partnerships, education & support, and innovation & market expansion.

As a Client Partner specializing in performance media and app clients, you will serve as a strategic advisor and relationship manager, driving growth and delivering measurable results. You will lead client partnerships, focusing on mobile-first businesses, optimizing digital performance campaigns across key platforms.

With a deep understanding of app marketing, attribution, and media buying, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies. Your role is to ensure client success, build long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for innovation and scaling. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are essential in delivering value and performance excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritise and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients through a consultative approach
- Create compelling sales propositions and presentations utilising internal and external data for respective regions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Orchestrate seamless campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proactively enhance campaign performance, taking the lead to monitor and analyse ad campaigns
- Update clients on TikTok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Indicatively, you have 5+ years of platform and industry experience (in-house, agency or MMP)
- You have an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling through your expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- You can talk brand, performance and ad-tech and are passionate about creativity and TikTok.
- You have a strong foundational knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying

Preferred Qualifications
- You can demonstrate a track record of winning the support of key stakeholders and in reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to open new revenue streams through strategic thinking, and consultative client engagement
- You thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment
- You are an excellent communicator and presenter
- You have a strong attention to detail and a knack for problem solving and out of the box thinking
