Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Assist the team in analyzing market trends, including but not limited to assortment supply analysis, traffic analysis, content analysis, etc.
- Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, creator sourcing, product delivery track, and communication with cross functional teams
- Monitor real-time campaign/project performance and keep track of post campaign performance evaluation
- Support weekly report data analysis
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Strong data & analytics skills - proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Team player, strong internal and external communication, project management skills, strong self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility
Preferred skills:
- Prior e-Commerce experience would be strongly preferred, but not required.
- Data driven and sensitive to data insight
