Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams, including, compliance, operation and technical groups, to develop control strategies and rules that align with business development.
Collaborate with global policy and business teams to assess control policies in e-commerce platform industry category businesses.
Design and implement protections, policies, and enforcement measures to ensure products are compliant and safe in order to be sold on the platform.
Build an indicator system and monitoring framework based on compliance goals and business models.
Participate in the implementation of industry governance strategies.
Optimize platform rules and product features based on feedback to enhance governance accuracy and efficiency.
Stay up to date about industry changes in governance policies and adjust control plans according to business needs.
Conduct data analysis on category product, seller and customer trends and communicate assessment results to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 3 years of related work
experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedules, resourcing, or budgeting by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolutions;
Leveraging knowledge of vertical or category products, stakeholder needs and business strengths to make recommendations to senior management;
Developing graphical and visual representations of data using business intelligence tools including Excel or Tableau;
Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $147493 - $160445 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
