The LIVE Creator Growth focuses on scaling creator coverage, improving content quality, and growing monetization through tailored campaign and education strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute livestream campaigns that align with business objectives, focusing on expanding creator participation, driving platform coverage, and generating incremental revenue growth.
- Develop and scale creator education programs through short-form video content and campaign-driven learning, enabling creators to understand product features, best practices, and incentive structures.

- Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, and continuously optimize for engagement and monetization.
- Lead the creation of campaign toolkits and educational assets tailored for creators across various tiers, verticals, and content styles.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, operations, and design teams to build impactful campaigns that effectively influence creator behavior and adoption.
- Translate complex business goals and product features into clear, creator-friendly content and communication formats.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies, improving scalability and long-term impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, creator operations, digital marketing, or user education
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with strong alignment to business goals.
- Experience designing scalable educational content, particularly video-driven formats.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance data.
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience developing creator-facing content.
- In-depth understanding of the creator economy, live streaming platforms, and content ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in creator growth, content marketing, or performance marketing.
- Experience working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
- Familiarity with TikTok's creator tools, monetization features, and campaign systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, even without formal authority.
- Proficiency in Chinese or Mandarin, enabling collaboration with Chinese or Mandarin speaking stakeholders to effectively communicate and drive business growth.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
