The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
TikTok LIVE's Family Program Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the ""Mi Familia, Mi Gente"" program, a key initiative designed to empower Latin creators on TikTok LIVE. This program leverages the unique, collaborative nature of Latin creator communities, known as ""families,"" to provide a supportive environment where Family Leaders mentor newer creators, share best practices, and help them thrive on the platform.In this role, you will focus on sourcing and acquiring top Family Leaders, who play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding their communities to success. You'll work to develop and scale initiatives that drive creator engagement, foster skill development, and enhance the overall creator experience. This includes designing and executing bonus campaigns and activations that incentivize Family Leaders, improving content quality and monetization strategies, and creating a sense of community among family members.

Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Campaign and Education Manager to support the planning, execution, and analysis of LIVE events and campaigns tailored for the US Latin market. This role is pivotal in driving growth and monetization opportunities for regional creators by enhancing engagement through strategic campaign initiatives and educational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creator Manager and Team Lead to plan, design, launch, and recap LIVE campaigns and events for the US Latin creator community.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align and schedule campaigns effectively, ensuring optimal timing and impact.
- Analyze creator and user behavior data to optimize event and campaign strategies through insights and ongoing market research.
- Gather and share actionable insights with local operations to improve creator retention and content quality in the LIVE ecosystem.
- Coordinate campaign go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless implementation across involved teams.
- Lead post-campaign reviews and drive continuous improvement through detailed performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Develop educational content tailored to the US Latin LIVE creator community, addressing market-specific needs and trends.
- Manage external vendors for the creation and localization of educational materials to support creator enablement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in campaign management, creator operations, or digital content platforms, preferably with LIVE content experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting behavioral data and performance metrics.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of the US Latin digital creator ecosystem and cultural nuances.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required due to working with Spanish speaking client groups.
- Experience with content marketing, creator education, or vendor coordination is a plus
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68640 - $143556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
