Responsibilities
The Business Training & Development team mission is to improve individual and team performance, fostering career growth, and nurturing talent within the company, covering product education, sales enablement, leadership and professional development priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Market Sales Leaders and Cross-functional Partners (e.g Product, Marketing) to deploy strategic and enabling initiatives
- Co-design effective programs in sales, leadership and product areas based on the skills opportunity gaps identified
- Co-deliver impactful workshops that are relevant and increase the confidence and competence of the sales teams
- Ensure initiatives will provide the sales teams with manager support, resources and tools that they need to drive learning adoption

- Collaborate with Global BTD teams to share learning experiences and optimize operations
- Manage planning, communication and milestone measurement for strategic initiatives
- Own market impact reporting, providing leadership teams at regular cadence
- Own market training budget, monitoring and ensuring impact
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven expertise in sales and/or learning and development
- Background in managing and facilitating effective training programs
- Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
- Experience in sales coaching and exposure to coaching frameworks is a plus
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Senior stakeholder management expertise
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising landscape
