About the Team
The North America Global Business Solutions (NA GBS) team is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of advertising products. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships to drive revenue, relationships and long-term growth.

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned BizOps Lead to oversee strategic business operations for TikTok's North America (NA) GBS teams. This leadership role will manage a high-performing team of BizOps Managers while also leading critical strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BizOps professionals fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Drive team performance through clear goals, structured feedback, and professional development.
- Own the planning, management, and delivery of global and regional strategic initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee client program tracking, reporting, and operational enablement across key accounts and verticals with full accountability.
- Directly lead high-impact projects that require close alignment between GTM and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement scalable business processes, tooling frameworks, and governance standards to improve operational efficiency.
- Create compelling GTM sales collateral and program materials to drive program awareness and engagement
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and XFN partners (e.g., Product, Measurement, Finance, Creative) to streamline execution and issue resolution.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to drive alignment on business priorities, resourcing, and performance goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to key account leads, providing insight and structure around execution, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities, translating insights into action across accounts and programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of strong experience in business operations and program management, in AdTech, digital advertising, or media.
- At least 2 years of people management experience, with a proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
- Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of working within the sales lifecycle and consultative selling models within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance execution with strategic vision.
- Experience with budgeting, reporting tools, and operational planning preferred.
- MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $11000 - $180000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
