Team Introduction
The Monetization Product Partnerships team at TikTok is dedicated to unlocking unprecedented growth via partnerships. This specific hybrid Business Development/Partner Manager role is pivotal to our strategy, with a focus on expanding our partnerships across APAC and METAP with top regional partners. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with regional XFN teams to understand needs and identify new partnerships.
- Source and develop new strategic partnerships, ensuring they align with our monetization strategy and the specific needs of advertisers, and then manage the core business relationships with these partners.

- Support strategic global partners in the region, and ensure continuous feedback integration from partners into TikTok's product development.
- Manage core operations for business development efforts, including annual planning, OKRs, ongoing reporting and contract work, proactively resolving business issues.
- Define complex programs with our partners, ensuring that both TikTok and our partners realize the full potential of our collaborations.
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years in management consulting, channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development at a technology company.
- Strong background in the advertisement industry, familiar with major media and ad measurement players in the market is a plus.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Quantitative and analytical prowess.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of ad measurement and data platforms.
- Experience developing complex product integrations with third parties.
- You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
- You are a strategic thinker, but you're also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- You thrive in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities, and you're able to make and stand behind decisions without a clear roadmap
- Fluency in Korean is a great plus to support Korean market clientele and the broader APAC region. Experience working as part of an international team.
