About the Team / チームについて
The User Growth (UG) team is responsible for the growth of ByteDance's international short video products. We help develop customized growth strategies for the products and utilize various marketing, product, and data analysis techniques to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a range of mature product growth strategies, such as paid advertising and organic user acquisition, and skillfully applies them to various businesses to drive growth. Additionally, when new growth opportunities are identified, we create new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. By joining the UG team, you will be responsible for the growth of products with billions of users and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge growth practices.
UG (User Growth) チームは、TikTokのグローバル成長を担当しています。データドリブンでTikTok成長戦略を開発し、さまざまなマーケティング手段、プロダクト手段、アライアンスなどを通してビジネス成長目標を達成します。UGチームは、有料広告やオーガニックなユーザー獲得、リーテンション、ライフタイムバリューの最大化など、成長戦略を描きながら複数部署を巻き込んでProjectの立ち上げから実行しビジネスの成長を牽引していきます。UGチームに参加することで、数十億のユーザーを持つプロダクトの成長を担当し、世界最大級プラットフォームで経験を積むことができます。
仕事内容
1. BtoCプラットフォーム成長させるビジネス機会を捉えるマーケティング関連経験がある。
2. ビジネスパートナーとの関係値を良好に構築でき、ビジネススキームの構築や契約交渉を行ない、リスクとメリットを見据えて、パートナーの要望や達成したい目標を把握し、戦略的パートナーとの関係性を強化し、事業提携の機会を創出。
3. データに裏付けられたプレゼン資料や伝わる・刺さる企画提案書を作成。また、データ集計と分析を元にレポートを作成し、設定した目標に対する振り返りから、改善点の洗い出しまで取りまとめること。
4. 複数プロジェクトを掛け持ちして企画・マネジメントしていく能力や、グローバルの各部署と接続する立ち回り、円滑なプロジェクトの進行を行う。
5. 事業スキームで設定したマイルストーンの達成に向けて最善な取り組みを行う
Responsibilities
1. Identify collaborative opportunities for user growth.
2. Structure & negotiate deals, identify , and examine risks and potential upsides, estimate partners' needs and goals, and build opportunities and relationships with strategic partners.
3. Give data-driven presentations and persuasive proposals, and have a good mindset on data-driven recaps, analyze performance results and optimize accordingly.
4. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
5. Achieve set growth targets and key partnership milestone
Qualifications
応募資格
1. 大卒以上か、アカウントマネージャーやビジネス開発、プロジェクトマネジメントに関わる実務経験を5年以上お持ちの方。
2. コミュニケーション力と提案力の優れている方。
3. テクノロジーがもたらす影響に情熱を持って取り込める方。日々目まぐるしく変化する国際色豊かな職場環境の中で効率よく働ける方。
4. 日本語が流暢で、英語または中国語が堪能な方は尚可。
5. 出版社と配信プラットフォームなどを含めてマンガ・アニメ業界に関わる実務経験をお持ちの方やそれに詳しい方は尚可。
Preferred qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, project management.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Passionate about the impact of technology, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly international environment.
Minimum Qualification:
1. Proficiency in Japanese level. English or Chinese skills is preferable, as needed to liaise with Japanese and Chinese stakeholders
2. Experience and strong understanding of the contents industry is preferable.
