About the team
The TikTok Business Integrity team is at the core of powering the monetization drive for TikTok on a global scale. The team builds the foundation to safeguard our advertising platform and uses cutting-edge technologies to bring the most value to our users as well as business partners. We commit to upholding the integrity of the platform by taking advantage of human insights to know more about advertisers and use signals to optimize the tradeoff between risk and advertiser experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform Business Integrity strategy analysis and research for TikTok Commercial Business, proactively identify business risk and revenue balance pain points, and design solutions.
- Experience in leading or contributing to end-to-end analysis projects, encompassing problem identification, data collection, analysis, solution development, and implementation.

- Continue to track industry development, capture market changes, opportunities, and risks, and streamline integrity industry best practices and strategy.
- Connect relevant business teams, use quantitative and qualitative solutions to track effects and impacts, and continuously optimize cognition and agile iteration to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Quantitative Discipline (Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
- 2+ years of experience in roles related to internet products, business analysis, strategy consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights
- 2+ years of experience with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and experience with data visualization platforms.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to support clients in APAC
- Experience in program or project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and promoting business strategies, with a focus on execution and results.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex issues and developing feasible solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in roles related to internet products, business analysis, strategy consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights
- Quick to grasp new concepts, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $168888 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
