TikTok's Mobile Gaming Team aims to help gaming publishers unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. You will be part of a high performing team of Brand Partnerships Managers and Client Solution Managers covering the Mobile Gaming industry for the UK.
The UK team is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to manage and drive its Gaming business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem - deep connections with the Mobile Gaming industry and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding start-up environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus.

Responsibilities:
Partner and drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions through building strategic partnerships with UK + global key Accounts
Build and foster long term senior relationships with regional client decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, managing the end-to-end customer relationship for their revenue, tech and data needs
Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with advertisers
Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure consistency across European markets
Collaborate with agency teams on key areas such as enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and competitive selling.
Ensure a state of the art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and the cross functional teams
Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Expertise in the Mobile Gaming industry
- Understanding of the digital media ecosystem
- Understanding of different publishers' monetization methods and how this reflects user acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives
- Best in class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region
- Track record of achieving and exceeding client and book of business commercial targets.
- Understanding of TikTok and TikTok's commercial offering (or close competitor offerings)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a partnership owner or part of a digital media team
Best in class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ideally additional language skills
Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
