We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager - Apps to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term partnerships with key app advertisers, with a focus on Utility and Gaming apps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

- Identify growth opportunities within the Utility and Gaming apps verticals, leveraging TikTok's ad solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing Science, Creative, etc.) to design full-funnel campaigns tailored to client objectives.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate TikTok's ecosystem and maximize impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record in managing app-focused clients.
- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing for Utility and/or Gaming apps.
- Solid understanding of app monetization, user acquisition strategies, and in-app engagement optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with product and analytics teams to drive campaign improvements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
