Responsibilities:
Deliver on revenue targets and steer the team to increased growth potential
Build strong client loyalty by identifying their needs and prioritize sales narratives that address the needs of the clients
Deep understanding of products to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology
Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key Swiss market trends and customer opportunities
Develop, mentor and manage a team of individual contributors
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Language fluency in Swiss German in order to communicate with clients effectively
Able to work on-site in the Zurich office as per RTO policy
Existing network (client and/or agency) in the Swiss market
Demonstrated experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing
Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies in the Swiss market
Industry knowledge and knowledge of the digital landscape in Switzerland
Several years of experience managing individual contributors of varying experience

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
Proven track-record in driving incrementality in a very fast-paced environment
Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders
Well-versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities
Experience in digital and programmatic sales
Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
