The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading partnerships to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products.
About the role
The Global Client Solutions Manager (CSM) will work closely with the sales team to provide support and expertise in meeting client objectives and providing best in class customer service to internal and external clients. This team member will work across multiple lines of business within the Amazon portfolio and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the org, including Sales Ops, Product, Measurement, and Creative Solutions.

The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) within our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as a BPM requires strong sales skills, strong partnership with Client Solutions Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Lead account planning process that aligns brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals utilizing internal and external data
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
- Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house team, agencies or media side.
- Expert in digital marketing channels and products; pro in campaign optimization
- Solid knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues to lead recommendations and action plans for clients
- Proficient in Japanese and English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, collaboration, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self-starter and motivated to learn
