Brand Partnership Manager (FMCG), Thailand
Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Client Engagement & Revenue Growth
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key brands, serving as a trusted advisor to understand their objectives, category dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying scalable opportunities across branding, performance, creator, and commerce solutions.
- Proactively identify growth headroom, risks and gaps to maximize brands investment and lifetime value through annual joint business plans and quarterly growth strategies.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including client solution, product, marketing science, legal, operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver client success.
2. Integrated Marketing & Solution Strategy
- Act as a strategic consultant on TikTok advertising and commerce solutions, recommending full-funnel approaches tailored to client business goals.
- Translate data, category trends, and campaign insights into actionable recommendations and business narratives.
- Develop compelling business cases, strategic presentations, and executive-level narratives backed by data and insights.
3. Campaign Planning and Management
- Oversee campaign planning and execution to ensure strong delivery, performance, and brand partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media
- 5+ years of experience in any of the following: Sales/ Marketing/ Media
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms and related ad metrics
- Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional teams
- Capable of driving C-level conversations and strategy planning
- Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with crafting strategic outcomes through data analysis and insights
- High level of business acumen and driver of commercial success
- Sales person who has experience working on product mix strategies to build the business
- Experience working with CPG brands is a bonus
