As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting and executing a strategy for a designated book of business. Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of TikTok in the region, as you collaborate with leading clients and marketeers. As a member of our Sales team, you will be expected to drive impactful, consultative engagements with all levels of executives, contributing to the growth of the business. Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business (direct leadership over up to 30 clients)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Driving sales growth of TikTok advertising products by leading and closing deals with key clients.
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Strong business and commercial acumen as well as understanding of different business models.
- Strong understanding of digital media landscape as well as good knowledge over marketing and media KPIs.
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c-level stakeholders)
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership and ownership of managed business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred qualifications:
- Extensive marketing experience, advertising, media sales or project management in FMCG/Pharma/Retail industy
- Experience in digital sales
- Strong understanding of the FMCG/Pharma/Retail industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferable with complex multi-business clients
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the advertising market.
