Global E-commerce Search: Our team is responsible for the US eCommerce search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.
Purpose of the job:
The B2B Communication Specialist for TikTokShop will be responsible for understanding market and sellers and creators insights to contribute to the marketing strategy. As part of the B2B Marketing team, your role will include creating marketing strategies to drive our partners' business growth and providing value to them for doing business on our platform.
This role will lead to the planning and execution of marketing activities, ensuring a seamless sellers' brand experience across all touchpoints. The specialist will collaborate with various teams and manage budgets to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Market and Audience Insights: Deeply understand the insights of shoppers, sellers, creators, and the overall market through research, to contribute to the marketing annual plan and execution of the brand strategy.
- Trend and Competitor Monitoring: Stay abreast of trends and competitor activities in the agile e-commerce landscape, and execute rapid responses to maintain competitiveness.
- Strategy Development and Performance Evaluation: Develop B2B marketing strategies and measurement metrics; monitor and evaluate brand performance, recommending both ATL and BTL activities to ensure market success.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of 2B marketing communication, including promotion campaigns, PR online and offline events and so on, to build brand equity and strengthen relationships with sellers, creators and other B-side stakeholders.
- Brand Experience: Navigate and optimize B2B touchpoints, and continuously innovate to improve outcomes from business insights
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in Marketing, with experience in B2B Marketing (to brands/sellers), PR,Communication, Partnership/Event Management or relevant fields.
- B2B Marketing: Strong understanding of seller relationship management systems and the ability to analyze seller, creator behavior and preferences.
- Project Management: Excellent project management and execution skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timeline creation, budget management, and team coordination.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (fluently in English) to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure marketing campaign success and inform future initiatives.
- External Communication: Ability to deliver key messages and assist in building showcases to empower the business.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Local teams (Campaigns, Creators, Merchants, PR, GR, CSR, Legal), Regional Team (Marketing, Product) and External Team (Agencies, Government Partners)
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and error-free.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
